"Did you know as a former employee, that staff members can give you the bird (on both fingers) and tell you to “F-OFF”, all on camera in front of the spa/atrium guests and NOT get fired?? The one who gets fired is the one who files a complaint with Human Resources about a hostile work environment! Investigation was pending, then closed without any communication involving me. Total retaliation in my opinion. This company does nothing to value the good workers committed to the company…everyone is replaceable. Beware of the GM and Spa Leader, they are shady!"

"I have a premium membership at Life Time so I pretty much can come to all its clubs. Even though Sugar Land is a bit far from where I live, I come here once a week for Scarlett's Ultra Fit class. I adore her and have done all her classes. I have seen other coaches conducting their classes and have to say that all of them are amazing. This club's amenities are very well taken care of: shower stalls, restrooms, locker area are clean."

"I love lifetime the customer service is awesome. And they have every machine there. And it’s very clean. I wanna join there but it’s to expensive. I want them to bring their price down. If they bring their price down then I will join again definitely."

"Update: **** Location is still filthy and nothing has been done by management to fix anything. GM is a joke and has not attempted to reach out despite all my contact details being tied to my account. A generic response to my review, and others complaining about the same thing is useless. LT needs to hire and train people to clean the gym correctly, inside and out. Otherwise corporate should be looking to hire a new GM asap. **** Poorly maintained location. Excited to see how the new Sienna one will hold up. None of the umbrella mist systems work outside , despite increased membership costs. Would be nice if they built some outdoor pickleball in the empty field behind, like the Baybrook location has. Overall very poor cleanliness of locker room shower, Sauna, and steam room areas. Always gross stuff left from the people. But the same stuff shouldn’t be there for more than two hours, during working hours. You will also notice lights out, missing toiletries, lockers not working as they should and no repairs to follow up. Backtracking to when this location was first built, cleanliness and maintenance was significantly better, but has been going downhill since then. Overall, it just seems like the current management is not walking the property regularly and checking in with employees to see where some issues may be operationally. But on the other hand the signature class instructors are really top notch. But nite that this location does not have Alpha Strength and they never sent a notice about it, just simply took it off the schedule. Also shoutout to the front desk staff Patrick and Kim are always super friendly and teaching new ways that I can use my membership."
