"If I could give a negative rating I would. We purchased this sectional sofa in early June 2023. Immediately we could tell the sofa was defective. I contacted customer service immediately and informed them the sofa was terrible. Star sent out a replacement piece and that piece was not any better. You can see every slat of wood and the frame of the sofa outlines perfectly. It is the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. I call (and e-mail) customer service every week to check the status of our refund. My emails and calls go unanswered. We have been dealing with this since June and it is now the end of September and nothing has changed. I've been a Star Furniture customer for a long time, but never again. Such a disappointment. This sofa is manufactured by Fusion... it is literally falling apart. Star Furniture what a disappointment and shame on you for not taking care of your customers."

"We walked into Star today and it was quite impressive. The atmosphere was clean and warm, and we were greeted by the nicest employee, Mark. He showed us around and was very dedicated to find us exactly the couch we were looking for without being pushy or sales like (most furniture sales people are). Mark answered all of our questions and he provided us with exceptional service!! If you’re looking for furniture, this is where I would come. Even the “behind the scenes” guy, Willie came out to help us and ensure we were happy. We didn’t need a delivery service, so he wasted no time wrapping up our new couch and getting it off the sales floor. We are VERY HAPPY with the experience we had today!!"
