"too difficult to communicate with these people in this center. Several weeks trying to cancel my membership that I don't want to have with them and I can never reach the right person to help me, they are always on vacation or just don't want to respond. I'm already tired of sending emails. How long will I have to keep calling to get my money back and cancel the membership?"
"The 17 year olds working here are awful. Literally AWFUL. They get off by telling members what to do, in a HASTY manner. They need some home training, because they think it’s ok to shout or give attitude. This place just gave me the creeps every time I walked inside. the staff aren’t very friendly, they seem to only talk to certain people there and are friendly with them, but ignore everyone else. It’s strange. They also don’t want anyone using the pool unless it’s for classes. They’ll give you the real side eye just for using the pool. Stay away from here. The hours suck and as soon as more gyms keep popping up I have no doubt more people will leave them."
"It was one of the best location before recently of preteen kids come and hold the machines for hours (yes!). They either chat or looking for girls around. Please fix this and get this place back to be great again!"
"It's a brand new facility with a wonderful staff. They have a Synergy 360* station/machine that is AWESOME !!! TJ , a personal trainer there is really great.. if you are a city wide member this facility is included with your membership. The second story views are amazing in the early morning hours."
