"I had my haircut less than a month ago, I thought I’d give boardroom the benefit of the doubt and give my hair time to settle in and grow back but it hasn’t came back right at all. Martin did a great job of listening to my request but gave a recommendation of his own of cutting my hair a bit from the sides and more from the top where I just wanted a trim all around and tidy up. He didn’t understand that I push my hair back and cut it so that it had to be pushed to the sides which is not how I wear my hair. I want to give this place another chance but having to pay that much for a service that you don’t feel good about is what is making it difficult for me to come back."
