"Title: A Night to Forget at Grimaldi's Pizzeria Rating: ⭐ My family and I decided to dine at Grimaldi's Pizzeria, looking forward to a pleasant evening with delicious food. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but enjoyable, turning out to be the worst dining decision of the year. The first sign that the night was not going to go well was a mistake in recording our phone number by the hospitality staff. We were promised a call in 30 minutes for our table, but that never happened. After waiting for 45 minutes, we were finally seated, but our experience only deteriorated from there. An exasperating 45-minute wait for our food culminated in the arrival of a burnt and overly salty pizza. The situation worsened when my son-in-law's pizza didn't arrive at all. After an hour of waiting, we were told we had to wait even longer for the pepperoni pizza. Frustration peaked when we asked to speak to the manager, resulting in another delay, and when someone showed up, we doubted they were actually the manager. In the end, we ended up taking the pepperoni pizza home, but nothing could make up for the series of disappointments and the unacceptably poor service we experienced. Our visit to Grimaldi's Pizzeria was, regrettably, a night to forget"
"Well it’s all about fresh oven done pizzas. Nice restaurant with inside and outside seating adjacent to one of the lakes at la centerra. The service is sharp and prompt and the pizzas are the standard. I really liked the interiors of the place along with the 90’s music they were playing."
"Food was good once upon a time but when I went the other day I ordered the bruschetta and prosciutto pizza, it was disappointing. I didn't snap a pic of the pizza because the bruschetta was extremely bland and not even warm. I grabbed the balsamic to add flavor to the blend appetizer and almost spit it out. How old or how cheap is that balsamic? Worst I've ever tasted, extremely bitter! The pizza was room temp after 30 minutes of wait time. Severely overpriced for what you get. Cute place but up your game. I'll take Mod now over this any day."
"Pricy pizza place. If you decide to pick your own toppings, large size, the price gonna be around $35+. We were waiting around 40+ minutes at a non busy lunch time. Besides that, pizza was great"
