They do expect your business to be open when they send the sales staff over to see you at the worst possible time with no appointment or even a call to see if dropping by is ok. IF I didnt already know that yall are based business to business how would I know that you have sales people who drop in unexpectedly? I can tell you this any company that I work for I wont use Fastenal from here on out.
