"I just want to say a huge thank you to everybody that makes country home a great place for my kid to learn and grow. The toys and activities are very fun and engaging. The staff listens and always goes above and beyond to help out."
"My son started here not that long ago but it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and communicates well. The teachers are caring and nice. My son has made a bunch of friends already and is learning very quickly too. A phenomenal learning center!"
"Pulled my daughter after a few months. This location always seems understaffed. During peek hours, security is nonexistent. When someone other than mom or dad is picking up, ID’s should be checked.. this never occurred and they would go based off if my child would run up to the person who was picking them up, which if you have a friendly toddler, can be a scary scenario. My child had multiple incidents where she was scratched and bitten. I understand that they’re 2, but there was not an incident report filed on a couple occasions where the scratches had broken skin. Lastly, the environment didn’t always feel the cleanest. I toured a few more daycares that are around the same budget and have been in operation just as long if not longer than this location and they seemed much cleaner and well kept."
"My child has level one autism. We called to see about child care and let them know about his condition. The director said she needed to speak with her corporate director and she would call back. Hours later we called for a check up on our enrollment and we were met with icy tones for even asking for the director. We told them we were following up, they assured us they would call back because the corporate director had stepped out. We never got that call back. It was very confusing and made us uncomfortable to enroll. I do not think children with special needs are welcome here."
"I love having my 16 month old, and 2 month old at country home. My oldest daughter comes home and shows off all the new words she’s learned. She also know how to clean her face and wash her hands. I love how I get a daily report on how she did and what she ate. My 2 months old is learning how to hold her head up. I really like how they rotate her to a different activity every 15 minutes. As a mom I like being able to pop up on my kids and see what they’re doing. I love to see how much they’re learning and growing. This is the best place to put your children."
