"found guitar hero, it said 13 credits 2 dollars is 15 credits. but when I swiped the card it said 4 credits which means I had to swipe 4 times but I had 15 credits so i had to put in more money than I had to to play the game. still played and had fun though"

"Just wanted to apologize to the girl cashier working tonight , somehow there was a misunderstanding with tickets in card and when I was simply just trying to explain the situation she was overwhelmed and broke down . I didn’t mean to overwhelm you and I can understand how customer service jobs can be overwhelming at times I truly wasn’t trying to be mean . Just wanted the prizes we had earned . Thanks . "Nothing special. It's a typical mall arcade. A few kid friendly games. Roughly half the games are to earn tickets. Air hockey is somewhat broken. I'd pass unless you have to entertain children."
