"It was the first time at this location and taking my two boys to a Chuck E Cheese. The pizza was excellent and they had a blast. 1 of my complaints is that that women's bathroom was a bit of a mess and the large stall was clogged when we arrived and even when we left. My 2nd complaint is that some of the games did not function or function properly. A couple of the skee ball machines did not work. The water game gun was spitting water and lots of air vs an actual water stream into the target. The puck appeared to be missing from the air hockey game. Luckily we had all you can play passes and still had fun."

"We celebrate my grandson birthday here. We did everything online, and the service and price were everything we expected. We didn't go over our budget, and we did everything as described in the package. My grandson had a big party and more people came than expected. The young lady who helped us was wonderful. She did her job and more. She went her way to help us and everything. She would be a reason I would come back. I believe her name was Bridget. The young lady did what needed to be done. Thank you to Chunk E Cheese for a wonderful experience."

"I have always associated chuck e cheese with happiness and fun. At this location the staff seemed to be under pressure that they forgot to take care of customers. No empathy at all. The food usually tastes good but the fries were soggy, the wings n pizza were ok - didn't seem as fresh as it usually is. A 'will not return' location. The atmosphere is good and the kids loved the games."

"Have been coming here since last 4 years now but the service has deteriorated, they are always short staffed, abt 30% games do t work and today the height of incompetence was the behavior of their manager when a concern was raised for the food quality. Fries are mostly burnt and some are raw and she is okay for kids having this.. rubbish food and absolutely ridiculous behavior. They made the refund but it’s want about money but quality of food and the attitude."
