"UR certainly is the biggest rental company in the world. Inventories are not accurate and made me loose time. Unless you know some one inside of a branch their service is not practical. All people I spoke to were nice and trying to do their job. Just the tools I needed were not available where they say it will be."

"Very smooth rental process. At the last minute on Friday evening called an hour before closing and they looked up equipment I wanted and had one left. Gave her credit card number over the phone while driving to store. Pulled up, called the number, hitched the lift up and drove out 10 min. before they closed."

"It would have been a 10 if I had been able to use the tool I rented. The scissors lift I rented was unable to be used in an outdoor setting; I only realized this after I paid a wrecker service twice to pull it off my lawn when it got stuck. I paid $200 to rent the lift and the trailer; I spent $300 for the wrecker services. It would have been nice to know that prior to renting. Salespeople were top notch before and after contract."
