"Put a $100.00 deposit for a bounce house with a slide to be delivered at 12:00 pm on Sat 3/4/23 for a birthday party. 12:00 pm - I called both numbers listed on the company website several times, got no response and voice mail was not setup to leave a message. 2:30 pm - The business was local so I went to the address listed. The owner's daughter answered the door and was very nice and apologized. She said that she would contact her father and after a few min she told me that her father said the bounce house would be delivered right away so I went home to wait. 3:50 pm - Still no bounce house! Tried calling and still no answer. We were texting earlier in the day and could see that someone was reading the texts but not replying. They eventually stopped reading the texts and never once replied to explain the hold up or to just acknowledge us. I really wanted to support this local business and would have been a repeat customer but this failure to complete a basic business transaction and lack of contact by the owner is unforgivable. I trusted this business to deliver a bounce house and feel like I have been ripped off, but worst of all, my child was disappointed."

"I paid in full for a bounce house in Feb 2020, then Covid Hit, I have not been able to use this bounce house since the pandemic and it is not responsible to have large gatherings. I ask for a portion of my money back but, was refused and told I have a year to use it. I won’t be irresponsibly having gatherings in the next 6 months. I canceled my party far in advance to ensure I did not cause any loss of money for the company. I have been given the runaround every time I have called. Do not recommend!!!! Completely unprofessional!!"
