"We just switched from another Cook’s as I wasn’t happy with a lot of the staff at our previous office. I’ve only been to this one once so far and was blown away at the experience! The front and back office was so welcoming and friendly. This is unbelievably hard to find at most medical offices. The back office nurses were also SO nice. We saw Dr. Pena for my 2 year old’s asthma issues. We only waited maybe 5-7 minutes. She was so patient, kind, and a great listener. She also offered a nebulizer covered by insurance that they had in stock in the office which was never offered to me at our previous office. This office is brand new and PRISTINE. We are switching both of our kids here for all future appointments! So thankful to have found such a great office!"
"I love this pediatric office so much! I had a pediatrician who I was taking my daughter to before this, and their response time was so awful, same with answering the phones. This office has been such a refreshing change from what I experienced there. The front desk is so professional and nice and they answer the phones very quickly. I am also impressed with the response through the portal. I tend to be a worrier when my daughter is sick, and I always send messages, and they always respond so professionally and ease my worries, even after hours! I honestly love everyone I have encountered in this office and am so happy that my daughter receives care from amazing Doctors like Dr. Smith and Dr. Pena!"
"We switched to this pediatrician after not being happy with our first one and I’m so glad we did! We have had a pleasant experience each time we’ve gone in. We usually see Kalie, NP (by choice) and she is wonderful and so sweet! We’ve seen Dr. Smith once and he is equally as great. All other nurses and front desk staff are always friendly and wait times are minimal. I would recommend these providers and office to anyone!"

Dr. Smiths office staff is always so helpful, caring and always willing to work my kids into their schedule no matter what. Dr. Smith is amazing and always listens and take his time with us.
