"Booked my sister a room with points at this hotel. It cost me 25,000 points which I thought was high but did it anyway because my sister needed a room while in town visiting our brother who is battling cancer. Had It all booked and confirmed to check in today and then the owner of the property calls me today to inform me because I am not the one checking in he would not honor the reservation. He then went on to tell me he was canceling the reservation and that it was Choice's policy not his. I have booked rooms multiple times for other family and have never had a problem. He informed me that I had not done that before because it was against Choice policy. He also informed me that I would have to call Choice to get my points back. I called Choice and not only did they refund my points but apologized for the owner canceling my reservation and informed me I am able to book a room using points or paying with Credit cards anytime I would like! So I would not recommend this place based on my experience with this Quality Inn. Customer service Is not friendly or helpful at all"

"Older rooms but mine was clean and they have a very small pet deposit compared to other hotels in the area. Tony was friendly when my cousin and I checked out. Only 2 towels in rooms but were happy to hand out more at the front desk. Bed was comfortable. I wouldn't book clients here, but for a few nights to save money with a pet it's good. We would rather spend the extra money on good food in many of Ft Worths stock yards restaurants."
