"OT serviced my wedding party. She surprised us with a breakfast charcuterie board, fresh fruit and champagne. She was really quick and fun. I will definitely return."

"Unprofessional do not recommend. Booked a makeup appointment for my mom birthday. The appointment got canceled due to “being late” my mom arrived at 5:15 and actually called her to see exactly where she needed to go, no answer. She ended up finding the place and knocked on the door at 5:18 also called . As she was knocking she received a txt that said her appointment was cancelled due to being late. No one was there at the building. Earlier that day OT asked my mom could she come in earlier to get her makeup done she couldn’t. Maybe she had plans but she never planned on doing my mom makeup she could have canceled her earlier that day."

"As always OT was amazing! This was my first facial with her and it was nothing short of amazing, surprisingly she was much better than larger well known establishments. To top it off the gel mask, lip treatment and light treatment was the most impressive."

"I was introduced to the owner of this very cute black owned salon by a mutual friend. I began getting my waxing services done by Kyra (who is so sweet and very good). Long story short I got Covid early October and had to cancel my appointments. I booked again and also tipped my esthetician for the inconvenience of me having to cancel on her multiple times, however I was met with sarcasm and unprofessionalism by the owner OT on my way out, calling me “the serial cancelor”. Rude. But I brushed it off and booked with Kyra again today along with two of my family members. my 4 year old son and my cousin and her son were with me, and was met with a very rude sarcastic OT about “the children” being with us. Unfortunately I will not be returning, I love Kyra and hope to see her in her own space in the future."
