"I had a massage and scrub today with Valerie. To start, The spa is beautiful, clean and the booking process was easy. Valerie did a great job. She was attentive, and used the perfect pressure for the massage. 100% recommend booking with her! The 80 minute option was the perfect amount of time. It was nice having the shower in the room for rinsing the scrub off. I can't wait to come back and try the other amenities."

"Terrible experience. I received a gift certificate for my birthday and the company shut down their location a week later with no notice. Certificate is not expired. The owner owns Vela Spa in Flower Mound as well and staff manager Kristi sorry we will not honor it and hung up on me. This is fraud and I would not trust this would not happen again. Business ethics are questionable and not very pleasant when discussing a refund or services honored. Gift Certificate is a high priced amount and to only be told there is nothing they are willing to do to make this right. I would not recommend using this spa. Very poor business practices."

"It was easy to get an appointment (I may have gotten lucky for same day appointment). The staff was friendly and the facility was nice. I was offered water, tea, champagne, wine, or mimosa and given a locker. They also have showers and a small steam room and sauna. Valerie did my deep tissue massage and she was INCREDIBLE!! She targeted by problem areas and got in there like no one ever has before (and I’ve had TONS of massages) If I could give more stars just for her I absolutely would! THANK YOU VALERIE!!!"

"I am profoundly disappointed and angered by the services provided by your spa. My frustration began on January 13th when I initially came in for Botox. When I scheduled this appointment, I was told by your receptionist a nurse would be calling me the day prior to clearing me for services and that I would arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork. I arrived 40 minutes early and to my surprise, no nurse contacted me. As I was filling out the paperwork in the waiting room the receptionist said that the nurse was trying to call me while I was sitting there, which was not true. I had my phone right in front of me and there was another woman sitting there as well and we both looked at each other because my phone never rang, and yes, the ringer was on and up. The receptionist then asked if I would call the nurse and answer the questions. Given it was another woman in the lobby it didn’t seem too terrible, but the fact is HIPPA is in place for a reason and privacy is to be respected and not disrespected by anyone. I still have lots of movement in the areas where botox was injected, and the area I let the nurse know was the main point of concern. During this January 13th visit, I explicitly discussed my concerns and targeted areas. The suggestion was made that a consultation with Lauren Adamson for skin pen/microneedling might benefit the areas of concern, specifically the 11 and jaw area. Subsequently, I scheduled a consultation with Lauren for January 16th. Following this consultation, Lauren recommended an Ener peal and microneedling with PRX. Before leaving on January 16th, I scheduled my Ener peal for January 23rd at 9 am and the microneedling with PRX for February 1st at 11 am. I was called multiple times from your spa on January 30th in voice messages stating that I was late for my appointment, another asking if I was coming, and the final telling me that Lauren had to put someone else in my place because I ‘no showed.’ I made the appointment for February 1st . I also sent Lauren a text message to confirm this appointment given all the screw ups so far and she confirmed it. Lauren assured me that she would formulate a treatment plan and provide recommendations. Additionally, I was supposed to receive care instructions, both of which were never delivered. Concerned about my skincare products, I messaged Lauren via text on February 1st seeking clarification. While she provided some information, it fell short of what should have been communicated, particularly considering I had emphasized my lack of experience with such treatments. On February 1st, I inquired about the treatment recommendation plan via text, to which Lauren responded that she would provide it the next day. Almost two weeks later, I have yet to receive anything. Despite reaching out to Lauren again on February 13th via text at 9: 30 am and later calling the spa at 1:13 pm, where Christie, claiming to be the spa manager, assured me Lauren would contact me after lunch or at least before she leaves, I still have not heard from anyone as of 8 pm. Having invested over $1,000 in your spa in less than a month, I find it utterly ridiculous to be treated this way, especially considering the substantial financial commitment I've made and you have a cash cow sitting here. Regrettably, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend your spa to anyone. I am diverting my clients elsewhere and sharing my experience to shed light on the poor management and customer care exhibited by your spa. This is an unfortunate end to what could have been a long-term relationship."

"I went for a one hour body polish wrap and it was glorious. I was greeted and shown where to change into a robe and slippers and an area to relax with fruit infused water before my appt. The body polish was a combination of massage and skincare and was so relaxing. After I was finished I took my time and enjoyed the steam room and used lotion in the changing area. Everyone should go for some me time pampering!!"
