"You’re not going to tell a grown woman to leave their bag on the floor in the front of the store. It’s rude to accuse potential customers of stealing. Who’s to say one of your employees won’t try to look through my bag and steal from me?"

"This will probably be my last time visiting this location. Today was literally the last straw. Not only were the systems down and they were only accepting cash, the customer service was horrible. I had various questions about items and needed assistance locating things, all the workers said they didn’t know. One person said they were helping out in the store and didn’t know where anything was. I don’t know is never an answer that’s okay. Another female worker said she was helping me look for an item but I saw her at the register talking. With it being self check out, the employees could at least be helpful in the store. Rant over, please do better. If you can, visit another location that will assist and be helpful."
