"The theater has changed since I was last time I was here. Much nicer and easier to get around. Has more than 1 handicap stall in bathrooms nice. Very clean. Everyone was very helpful."

"Movie was fine and the theater itself isn’t too bad, a little confusing to navigate the concessions, but when my friend and I went to check out for our ICEEs the cashier (short blond hair) was really rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. I didn’t get to scan for my discount or use any points because he made me uncomfortable with his attitude."

"Cinemark has been very consistent in the locations I have visited. Always very clean, nice bathrooms, and don’t seem to be overcrowded. This time was a little special because we decided to go see an ‘opening weekend’ film. In that vein, we decided to try the D-BOX seats. They are advertised as “D-BOX removes the line between you and the screen, creating a hyper-realistic, immersive experience that pulls you into the story. Your seat moves with the movie, so you can feel power and awe every scene.” Well, that was obviously written by the marketing department. Tickets on average are twice normal ticket rates, first of all, and the experience was really awkward at best. The seats do vibrate and shake on some gunshot-type sounds, explosions, etc. It is not consistent as the majority of the time nothing moved or happened. That’s not to say that there weren’t a few occasions where slight rocking motions or tilt (side) provided an added sensation. It’s also a little bit of a strange distraction seeing your entire row tilting together. To summarize, I’m not upset I tried it once but will not be doing it again at 2X the price. I didn’t expect Universal Studios but this is obviously a B-run version. Give it a shot, especially if you have kids to entertain, and see what you think but I guarantee you will feel the same."

"I really like this theater a lot. It’s always clean, and the customer service is friendly as well. The food can be more fresh, just like their popcorn is always fresh. The pizza was greasy, and the nacho chips were steal. The packaged jalapeños, weren’t fresh either and tasted soggy/old. Recently, my daughter & I went to see the “Little Mermaid”. I will say, while the movie was excellent, our seats didn’t recline? I’m not sure if it’s because he sat us in handicapped seats or what, but they should make sure all of their seats recline, because that’s the perk (one of them) of going to the movies, to relax. All in all, I due recommend this movie theater, once they address the food issue, and make sure all the seats recline."

"Been here a few times, but much nicer since they installed the power recliners with heated seats. Also, much better food with the Pizza Hut and the beer/wine options. They have enough staff hanging around, they need to spend a little more time making sure the restrooms are clean, but overall a good experience."
