"The line to pay could be going through the whole store and the manager will still be at the front entrance standing there, not even greeting ppl. Five associates not including the backroom. Only one cashier. Corporate needs to come down to supervise and audit this location. Ridiculous."
"The prices here are outrageous. Don’t come in unless you plan on being disappointed by prices that match retail. Not only are the prices not budget friendly but the employees are not people friendly either. I found a doll house that was super to belong in the trash for it’s flimsy feel and for the fact that it was broken priced at $80. A pair of used Adida sneakers- $25. That’s more expensive than Ross!"
"Goodwill used to be good, but since they’ve gotten recognition, they now overcharge for their stuff. This specific goodwill is very disorganized. The sizes are not in sections, there are kids and females clothing in the mens section."
"Located just-off of 802., This Goodwill has cleaned - up tremendously! I was noticing it must have many new employees to improve so fas. It is still not like an Austin (high caliber) Goodwill, however, we are looking forward to more selections of better quality merchandise. The donation drop area is easily accessible on Havana St. Suggestion Note: They need a bigger building- there are many downtown Brownsville!"
