"This store is awful. Their tools are trash. I paid $319 for a power washer, $80 for an accidental damage warranty. Then followed their instructions to run the power washer. Within seconds of turning it on it was spewing liquid out of the carburetor.. when I went back to the store the refused to refund my purchase or accept the warranty I paid for not 2 hours prior. These people are thieves and the tools are not worth the time or cost. Just go to Home Depot. You always get what you pay for and northern tool is the lowest of the low.. you have lost my business for good."

Despite clear evidence of malfunction, they dismissed our concerns after a ludicrous five-week wait, claiming the product was perfect. Attempts to resolve this at their customer service centers only added insult to injury, with blame-shifting and appalling unprofessionalism. Their refusal to offer a fair resolution – either a functioning replacement or a refund – is not just irresponsible, but a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against patronizing a company that treats its customers with such blatant contempt."
