"I have walked by The Tool Box store many times on my daily mall walks. Today am item caught my eye and l stopped in. I was greeted by the owner Aaron, a super friendly and nice gentleman! It’s not only a tool store, he has other items such as; light fixtures, faucets & shower fixtures, kitchen & bathroom sinks. If you don’t see what you are looking for, ask Aaron or his associates, they might have it somewhere in the store. The prices are great!! Don’t let the location keep you from stopping in at the mall. Great customer service!!"
"If you are looking for a possibly used/returned discounted tool, this is your spot. I believe this is like an Amazon return store but for Home Depot. The gentleman is alway nice when we are there. The prices are pretty good. It is in a dead mall though so you’d have to purpose to go there. Would I return? Yep! Already have."
"Great selection of tools, prices are ok. but the guy who was helping me was cold and disinterested. He thought I was one of those people that just walk in to look around. But I was really interested in buy a new land mower machine. I got the machine, but you have to be kind and show interest in your customers, you don’t know who got the cash ready to buy."
