"I am 47 years old and completely out of shape unless you count bubbly. I took a body pump class wirh Mary and even though I am sore I cant believe what I was able to do. Mary is a great instructor. Since it was my first time in the class she took the time to show me the moves and made sure I had good form so I didn't injur myself. I rested when I needed to and picked back up, she was very motivational in a nice way. I didn't cry at all. I will be going back and I'm looking forward to getting stronger"
