"Every time I go into this store, there is a long line to cash out. Tonight 3/5 went in at 8pm, and there were 5 people in line and only one cashier. So I left and looked at the hours on the door which said they were opened until 9 pm. I went back at 8:30pm thinking the line might be shorter and they had locked the doors. PLEASE GET MORE CASHIERS"

"THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT YOU NEED. Everytime I order something even when I order the night before they wait until the last minute to pull it and it ends up getting taken. They never stock up on enough products and don’t put limits on anything either. I see customers come in and buy nearly the entire store . Can’t even really blame them cause again like I said THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT YOU NEED. Employees are super rude too. Mostly the male worker."

"Always out of things, and when I need help the workers just ignore me. Then I went to the register to pay and the guy didn’t ask for my phone number for points, so I said something about it. But he just ignored me and continued talking to the person next to him it was busy I get it but it was just rude how he was acting and seemed like he could care less"

"I did find what we were looking for but the employees were a little lost when told what we were looking for. Also, I think all employees should have a nametag in order to know who is who at the store. The online section of the store was the most useful though. The entire store smells very pretty. It is a nice store with many beauty things to offer. I like that they have many things from Korea as it seems they have the best to offer as far as that goes. I will go by again for sure. I just can't depend on the employees so much."
