"Gold's Gym is a great gym with many amenities. The group exercise and cycling classes are my favorite. Angela Torres is an excellent employee, very attentive to the staff, very attentive and willing with the classes of the Wedgewood gym, I want to congratulate you on having a great employee. she is always observing the gym area, and has always been very helpful when it comes to membership questions or concerns, if you need help she will definitely be there or answer you on a timely manner. The gym is always clean and great staff all around gym."

"Location is great, right off the freeway. Doesn’t get too busy during the early morning, morning, mid day or weekends. Equipment is well maintained. Maintenance staff is the unsung hero of this place. Current spinning and les mills instructors do well enough however they were better when they first opened. The newer trainers (Andres and his wife) they have at this location are friendly and very approachable. (I was about to inquire about getting some training sessions with him) Front end staff/management leave a bit to be desired (with one exception) Today, I was informed (last day of the month) that my membership was canceled because they no longer want people who sign up with their health insurance. ("we don't make money off those memberships" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) Several front end staff saw me scan in these past months (January/February 2024) and none of them ever bothered telling me about my pending change in status. The exception to my aforementioned criticism is the gentleman who informed me about my cancellation today. He was very nice when delivering the news (a level of empathy rarely seen nowadays), apologizing several times for the change and the lack of notification. I believe there is a special offer for those who are affected by this change but I declined further information about it and turned in my keyscan card. Shame it has come to an end but at the end of the day, why continue working out somewhere that you’re not wanted at? Onward to another gym….."

"I went to the gym (Wedgewood location ) on Saturday morning for the first time in a long time. Cynthia was amazing. She made me feel welcome and eased my anxiety. The facility was clean and i felt very comfortable. I will definitely be back !"
