"The furniture was nice. The associate/manager showed us around but it was apparent the information coming through his ear buds were more important. He walked ahead of us as he showed us around. We thought he was talking to us but he was on the phone. It was good we liked the product or we would have gone elsewhere."

"I went in looking for a tv stand and was helped by Guillermo. They had just the style I was looking for and was pleased with my purchase. The next day I went to pick it up and was shocked by how careless the loading crew was. An older gentleman named Jose and a younger man loaded the stand on the truck with out removing the shelves and had no regard for placing the stand on the blanket to avoid damaging it. It felt like they just wanted to get it over with and didn’t care about the condition it was left in. So just be careful when picking up appliances and if possible do net let them load your items. Overall, I left deeply frustrated and in disbelief at the quality of service."
