"Pedicure was great. Manicure was terrible. She did 3 thick coats and there was still streaks in some spots. Felt like I was getting rushed out; “It’s dry you can go”…it was in fact not dry and ended up smearing and crinkling when I got home. Waste of time and money."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE coming here to get a simple pink and white acrylic the technician was rude when I told him that it was very uneven and I was not happy with my services he told me that it's not his fault that I have financial problems. All I asked was for them to fix it because I shouldn't have to pay $50 for nails that I'm not happy with the white was completely uneven my 15-year-old could have done a better job when a customer comes to you and has a concern and you tell them it's not your fault that you have financial problems that is the ugliest and most unprofessional experience I could ever imagine I'm not sure if it's a man or woman but whoever the technician is with the tattoos all over their arms is definitely ruining their reputation and I will be reporting this and letting everyone else know their horrible service horrible customer service and they will even put you down if you bring up anything to them whoever the owner here should be ashamed this is not how we do things in our country"
