Ten Pretty Nails

"I visit here the Saturday before easter for a pedicure and because I had been looking for a nail salon closer to my home. I expected it to be crowded (it was) I had to wait. But they asked if I'd mind waiting, within five minutes I was in a chair and I believe that my feet soaked for about 15 minutes before a tech was available. I got the Deluxe pedicure with gel nail polish, my nail tech was very patience explaining the different prices. In the end the pricing was very reasonable. . My first experience here was very professional and pleasant and everyone was very nice."

"I walked in to 10 Pretty Nails before closing to get my nails soaked off and they told me they were closed. I came in at 7:48pm. The man at the front kept repeating “come back tomorrow, we’re closed.” Why have a closing time and not honor it!”? A nail soak off doesn’t take long at all. I’ll never come back here. He could’ve said it nicer, but chose to be rude, and I cannot appreciate that. I’ll stick to my regular nail salon up the street."

"This is the worst place I've ever got my nails done. His finger prints are in my nails & my finger is bleeding. Sloppy sloppy job and they still charged me. Not a good experience at all. They weren't even friendly. Not only did they waste my money but my time as well. I don't have much time for self care and feel very sad and disappointed that I now have to take more time/money that I don't have to try and get their sloppy job fixed.. Not at all satisfied."
