"Although my nails came out looking great. The service was mediocre. I’m not sure if the person I got was new or not.. but she cut me quite a bit of times when cleaning my cuticles to add in new acrylics. She then rushed to get the gold chrome added on and then passed me on to someone new to finish the gel because she had an appointment with someone else. The chrome didn’t come out great the first time and the new person I got went on to redo and fix them for me.. chrome polish gel did not really last that long as it started flaking off that night I got them… (if you look closely at the photo you can see the gold tips line is fading out weird from the flakes) not sure if that’s just the way the polish is but i probably won’t be going here again."

"They took great care of me, they actually explained why my nails are getting so thin and what to do about it. They were kind and professional. I will be going back regularly. I really wish the ambiance was better. They played music, and had the TV on, and offered white wine like my last salon. That's the only reason they don't get 5 stars."

"If you want a basic dip, gel, or gradient then this place is ok. But if you want an actual design, go elsewhere. I paid $102 dollars plus their mandatory tip, and got these ugly French nails. This place can't do nail designs.The design itself isn't complicated, but the nail tech struggled immensely. I also didn't appreciate for my pedicure, the other nail tech not even ask me which service I wanted. As soon as I sat in the chair she just went to town, and gave me the basic one. And the water was cold. Besides the poor service, I didn't feel very welcome here and won't be returning."

"I went for a mani/pedi after reading such great reviews. This WOMAN-OWNED nail spa did NOT disappoint! I had a gel pedi, a new full set mani with French tips and design, and an eyebrow wax. The pricing is so reasonable, and Kim did a GREAT job creating the look I wanted on my hands. I will be back! Update* another STELLAR mani from Kim. "Super impressed with my first visit to H&H Nail Spa. Lindsey did a fantastic dip powder manicure - perfectly shaped, not too thick, smooth edges, and trimmed cuticles. And very reasonably priced! Unpretentious space but don’t overlook it - this is the best quality work I’ve had in the area."
