"The vibe was right the moment I walked in the door! The people working behind the counter is the reason I give this spot a 5 star though. Not only is the selection of products more than anything you could ever want from a smoke shop. But the people that work here are polielty attentive, distinqushably knowledgeable behind their answer and recommendations, & all in all was a quite quick experience. Being open until midnight made it very convenient considering all the surrounding smoke shops in round Rock close fairly early. I told them what I was looking for, they pointed me in the right direction, and before I knew it I was already back up at the front to check out. All less than 10 min. This place is a gem with fairly decent prices across the board with a stellar staff running the show. I will be back, & thank you to the people behind the counter that made a first time experience a 5 Star that deserves showing some love back!"

"Went to make a quick purchase after work . It wasn’t busy at all . I parked quickly and didn’t realize I was in two spots . Before I could even tell the lady what I wanted a pink haired lady walked from the back and asked was that my gmc I told her yes she then told me can you move it you’re in 3 spots .Keep in mind it isn’t busy at all . I asked her could I just pay for what I came in here for and leave . She said no and that it’s parked in 3 spots! I walked outside to see it was in 2 spots not three and they still weren’t busy! Never have I ever dealt with anything like this at any other planet k ! Do yourself a favor and go to any one but this one ! The manager is on a petty rampage ! I spend a lot of money here and I could see if y’all were busy and or if I didn’t know what I needed . But that wasn’t the case ! . I then left and will never return !"

"place is about like the others. everyone asked if we need help but when we finally do need help had to interrupt a group of employees apparently talking about something they had to and get quiet real quick when I wLked up, not a big deal but made it feel awkward. especially when the girl says oh ithey have them up front. so when I go up front the guy is rude and perturbed when he had to help us after taking other people before us that walked up after us. he didn't offer any Info when I was asking for items kept up front other than we don't have that one. they were out of a lot I guess. but he was very bothered to have to be the one at the register. not the last experience anyone should be left with when leaving a business but unfortunately he was and we left feeling like any of the other places that sell similar items would be a better choice."
