They need to train better their personnel this lady was shouting at me because I approached to an automated self checkout that no body appears to be using and instead she explaining me she was shouting at me . How can I guess a person left and will be back at the selfcheckout if it looks empty . People is a reflection of it’s Management . You will also make a big line ."

"It's really nice inside. I just grabbed easy to get stuff. It has $1 sim kits, gum and probiotics. Perfect for off-grid or camping/travelling like I'm doing. I'll definitely visit Houston again."

"This store has hired the most disrespectful, lowest-class, ghetto cashiers in the world. The manager ( tall bald African-American male MIKE believe his name is) allows a customer to walk out of the store instead of correcting his staff. As a manager I WISH the day would come where one of my agents would talk to me the way he allows his staff to talk to him let alone the way they talk to a customer! Even when the customer hasn’t said anything to be so disrespected. I know nothing will come from this review because again it’s just a review. Let’s do better as a community to educate our youth and inform them as a “Minority” we have to do BETTER as the odds are already against us let’s not add more. DO BETTER KROGER!"

"Toni with an “I”… you are such a great asset to this store. After getting off a 13 hr hospital shift, being tired and attempting to use digital deal/coupons I probably shouldn’t have been in the self check out line. Toni cheerfully greeted everyone as we approached. No matter how many times she had to assist due to my error her demeanor and attitude never changed. Even showed me ways to look up items, all while efficiently assisting others that needed help and keeping the line moving, everyone in and out. We only see and hear about the negative things, so I had to stop and submit this review. PS… To the guy working in the dairy department, I didn’t catch his name. I spent some time looking at all the yogurt options. He offered help and suggested a few… I really appreciated this. This is my go to Kroger. I always leave with a smile. Thank You Kroger Team"
