"I rate the Atascocita H-E-B with 4 stars. Overall, it's a great store, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the curbside pickup area needs a remodel. The lack of protection from rain and sun for the curbside teams is a concern. Adding large carports could provide shelter and prevent bags from getting wet during inclement weather. Additionally, the number of speed bumps leading to the store can be excessive and challenging to navigate, especially for those with larger vehicles. This can be frustrating and may deter some customers from choosing this location. As the new H-E-B (Madera Run) is opening soon, addressing these issues could help improve the overall experience for customers and make this location more competitive. Consideration of these changes would be greatly appreciated."

"The Atascocita location is one of the best. I can almost always find what I'm looking for when I shop there. Meat and produce are always fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are as expected with the current economy and HEB always offers great store coupons on needed items that help offset costs. They will always be my top choice for grocery shopping."

"For me, this place is a mixed bag. Great deli and love those home made tortillas BUT, a second item I've tried there was just TOO spicy...a flipping stuffed potato for Pete's sake! And the steak that came with it was BLAND...no seasoning AT ALL. Not even a pat of garlic butter! Those of us who haven't lived in the south all their lives are not necessarily accustomed to HEAT. I've also lost some frozen goods because this is a small store! Now I have to drive all the way to Northpark to get my pizzas (which, by the way...I talked to THREE managers about some kind of help, and the couldn't even be bothered to call me!)"

"I attempted to purchase 2 cereal items at the advertised price listed in bold red letters with the coupon. The cashier, Kathy J., stated it was a mistake and that I couldn't get the items at the advertised price. I told her that it wasn't my mistake and that I should still be able to purchase the items since it was advertised in her store. She told me again that I couldn't so I had to ask for a manager just to get the price honored. I was not an unruly customer at all. For her to argue with me even after seeing the advertised price that her store put up is unprofessional. She should have just honored the price herself after seeing the picture or called the manager without my request to have it completed from the beginning."

"Shout out to the floral department at HEB Atascocita. I can’t thank John and Connie who came to my rescue when my florist last min could not do my wedding bouquet. They did such a wonderful job and I absolutely loved my bouquet. Thank you John and Connie"
