"I am going to avoid shopping here after doing so for 14 years. No sign has been placed in front of the store stating no bags allowed. Apparently me taking my office bag inside is an issue. I don’t plan to leave my bag in front of the store or my car especially after you’re telling me theft has increased when all I carry in my bag is confidential information and laptop for high profile companies/projects that I can not risk being stolen. Then I spoke to the Manager (Ernesto) and they just told me to go pound sand indirectly because some immature folks were caught stealing. I work for my things and I am in my mid 30s. All I was trying to do was buy some grocery items that my Autistic son loves from Krogers."

"Hi my name is Felicia Anderson I have been going to this pharmacy for over 2 years. I was recently told that my Dr was too far away for me to receive my prescription there anymore. Need I remind you that this is my local pharmacy that's right up the streets from my residence...My Doctor is 34 minutes away. I spoke to 2 different pharmacy reps before asking for the manager. I explained to her that this was my local pharmacy and I had been receiving this same prescription at this same pharmacy from the same doctor for over 2yrs. I then told my Doctor and he was in disbelief. I called other Kroger pharmacies and was treated as an addict after telling them my story and asking can I switch pharmacies. I was so hurt I was mentally paralyzed and the only meds that could calm me down was denied to me by this Pharmacy.I was told I need to change my provider to one that's closer. This is a specialist he was the closest that my insurance was willing to pay for. I'm sure they were making it all up. I will be contacting corporate because, this behavior is unacceptable."

"The amount of produce that was moldy or bad is insane. There were things I needed that I had to go to another store to get because all of it was moldy here. I only took pictures of a bag of bell peppers that were bad, and three different packs of tomatoes. Two that were moldy, one that had a dead fly inside the box. How do you let your produce get like this?"
