"Do better HEB. I like HEB as a company and their stores are nice but I wish you didn't put leader in positions that find evert way to power trip. The summerwood location was really nice and really friendly until they got a new store manager that treats their associates like their not enough and runs then like their robot. The whole concept of "if you're doing your best then you could do better" then when they can't reach your expectations becuase you set them way too high isn't the way to go. I've seen other big corporation stores and I'm disappointed to say that the summerwood location is starting to run a lot like Walmart. We all know that walmart treats their associates very poorly and I expect better from the "family friendly" HEB. Do better and hire Leaders in your store that actually care about your associates instead of pushing them to burn out."

"I have always loved HEB but not anymore, I was there on Thursday morning picking up a few items and wanted a slice of their 3 leches cake. The lady putting the items out had them in her cart and was pricing them, when I asked her if I could please have one she said I'm sorry but I still need to add the strawberries and proceeded to ignore me. I don't mind not having the fruit on it but just her bad attituded was what made me turned around and leave. If you going to have people like that working I'm not interested on going back ever."

"This is a moderately sized HEB. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles as some of the larger ones such as a full deli. Workers are polite and professional and the store is always clean. Thought I would post the Customer Service business hours as this is something I have needed repeatedly. I often get my vehicle registration tags here. I believe you can do it up to 10 days beyond the expiration date."

"Store is clean and organized but seems to be transitioning many brands out of the store. And, forget about the baggers! Horrible almost every time!!"

"Limited produce. Beware of the instore false advertisement coupon and hanging coupons. The detergent isle yellow hanging coupons are for Tide and Gain only but thus store placed the same hanging coupons under the other different brands. 01-04-24 female night manger did not want to honor the sales price listed in store when the issue was explained and confirmed by a store associate."
