"I'm very ghetto very unprofessional I purchased the item the same day bought it home 2 hours later it did not work I bought it back if they gave me a very hard time with trying to return my merchandise that I paid for I had to speak with management who also refused and had the lady goes for another store in return it which had much better customer service I will continue to return here but however buyer beware buy at your own risk when you're trying to return merchandise......!"

"Went to this store this morning and Jennifer the lady at the register was very rude, disrespectful and uneducated. One of the items I purchased had a sale sign and it rang up at regular price and when I told the lady about it, she said she was not going to adjust the price; I told her I could show her where it said item was on sale and she kept telling me she was not going to adjust the price and didn't even bother to go look at the shelf where item was (she just told me you either take it or I'll take it off). I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager. She had the worst customer service ever, not sure how they could hire someone like this to deal with customers. The difference in price was not much and to me it was not that important, but the fact this lady had a horrible customer service made me feel very unconfortable. I own a business near by and we have given this Family Dollar a lot of business through out the years but I will think twice before I go back to this store."

"Please be careful purchasing food from this location my husband recently got food poisoning from food purchase from this location as I speak now he has a 08/23 date on a frozen pizza in his mini fridge at work"

"I liked the convenience of shopping at this location. But, a word of advice...check your bags before you leave the register. Over the last few months, I've noticed that small items aren't making it into my bag. I wouldn't notice the item was missing until I got home. At first, I thought it was an oversight. I thought the person at the register just missed the bag. The second time it happened, I thought maybe the item fell out of the bag. But when this happened 3, then 4 times...I no longer thought it was a simple mistake. I've spoken to several other people that said the same thing has been happening to them. I no longer go to this location on Aldine Bender (FM 525) next door to the Stay-n-Play Daycare."
