Kroger

"This store has the worst customer service when you call on the phone for assistance and a lot of the checkers are the same way. Most working there seem like they just don’t care. There are some good employees there, but the negative stands out much more.This lousy customer service is nothing new for this store. I have spoken to management on a few occasions regarding this matter. I have been there so many times in the last 5 years and the only reason I go there is because it’s the closest store to me and I walk everywhere. I prefer H-E-B but it’s too far to walk. I am an older citizen and think we all deserve much better."

"This place is horrible for disabled people once I finally found a working mobile cart it ran out not even halfway done shopping I barely made it to others transferred groceries to new cart (they all said ready I had to unplug each one I tried they were all dead) after third time of that I left in a rage this is every time I had my 8 yr old granddaughter with me I feel embarrassed enough being in it but this was humiliation at its finest not a single employees tried to help i usually only give good reviews but this is pathetic. Do better hire people who work."

"This Kroger by far has the worst customer service. I don’t know where they find their workers, but they have the worse attitudes. I work for a delivery company on the weekends for extra cash. Today during pickup, I had to park in another spot because someone else was parked in the original spot we’re assigned to. A Hispanic employee with a pink phone case and an ugly attitude had the nerve to say, “You’re not even parked in the right spot you’re supposed to be parked over there”. No “Hello ma’am” or anything. My response to her was, “Where do you expect for me to park if a car is in that particular space?” The employee didn’t respond, instead she just asked for the name of the order. She was very rude and dry. I called the manager and told him. That was a waste of time because he sounded like he didn’t care either. I hope she reads this because I would like to tell you that no one helped you fill out your application at Kroger. So if you’re unhappy, please leave and never work in customer service again."

"Ohh is great place ,but the lady whom supposedly should help when you're scanning your purchases, damn it ,is so disgusting, always angry, don't like help, I guess she doesn't know smile. Every time I go shopping, I comeback to my house with diarrhea because see her face. Please move her to another place where there's no contact with humans. I was there October 23 , 1pm . "I came this way to meet a person for business. I am not from this side of town but I needed some items. I love this store. I was given a Keurig and went in search of coffee. What a selection and so many coffees on sale. I was in awe, so many coffees! They have everything, clothes, shoes, I couldn't get enough!! I only got annoyed when I was approached by a sales person , not employee but wearing a Kroger jacket. I assumed he worked for Kroger, he did not and had me talking about perks of my Kroger card. I said I loved my card and recently was mailed coupons and I used every single one. Ended up being for a credit card! Despite that, this store carries so many cool items. Great produce and Ice Cream, i was disappointed because I couldn't get ice cream being an hour from my freezer!!!:( Awesome and very clean store!!"
