"I went 4 days ago and got a full set. In four days I have had TWO broken nails. They fixed the first one, but at this point I’m going to the other salon to get it fixed. I get my nails done every two weeks at another salon and no issues what so ever. I’ve done nothing different. I wanted to just try this salon since I’ve never been but I will not be back! Edit- so this was their fix it’s not the same shape. The amount of red is not the same it’s not the same link it’s not the same color and even as the guy said he would fix it for free. The nail tech made me pay $10 because the manager went to hide after I was done with the fix, and he was the one who said that it was gonna be covered, but she couldn’t go find him. Then she wanted a tip but I didn’t tip her. I said if you want a tip you need to take the $10 that they said they weren’t gonna charge me.. they did not care about the fix at all"

"The appointment was extremely easy to book online, providing a menu of options for what service I wanted, as well as clear pricing for each service. Check-in at the salon was simple, and a technician (Jenny) was provided within moments of my arrival. My nail tech was efficient with her time and I was able to be in and out of the salon within 30 minutes (new acrylic set, almond shaped, with gel coating)."

"Overall, it was an okay experience. Music was at a comfortable noise level, and I was attended to fairly quick as they weren’t too busy when I came in. I paid for a $40 lavender manicure that apparently was supposed to come with a 10 minute massage upon looking at my receipt, but I did not receive that service. One of my cuticles was accidentally nicked, and started bleeding, so it left a little bit of an eye sore on my ring finger. I don’t get my nails done frequently, but some other places have gone as far as cleaning under the nail, which my nail tech didn’t do. I did really like the color of my gel nail polish, however! Unfortunately for the same price I’ve received better full service elsewhere."

"I was excited to try out this nail salon. It looked fancy and I high expectations. Andy was amazing with my feet and the toes came out great as well. However, my nails look really bad. I wanted a halloween theme and ended up with this. I paid for the nails and was told to come back the next day to finish. I was also told how lucky I was because what I wanted was only $115 to do , when across the street it would have been $200 or more. Apparently this place only has one nail tech that can do complicated nail designs. I called in advance to make sure someone was on the clock who could do the nail design I wanted and was reassured there was. I won’t be coming back. My whole total bad nails included was $160. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere."

"Went in to try them out for 1st time. Andy did my pedicure did amazing. The guy who did my nails,I told him several times. Push my cuticles back and that my left pointer finger looked like a pumpkin. I also told him the colors didn't blend on my pointer finger; was ignored me said it will be ok. The rhinestones are 2 different sizes 1 on each hand. My nails are starting to flake near my cuticles. They are cute but not happy and I told him about all these things and got ignored. I didn't notice rhinestones til I got back to work. I called and of course manager Matthew isn't available."
