"Not only was I able to get my son in a chair just as soon as we walked in, with no appointment or holds, I was able to get out of there just as quick! My son absolutely loved the children's chair there and the movie they put on which proved to be a great distraction. My stylist was kind, patient and made for good conversation. Not to mention the haircut was just what we asked for. We will certainly be coming back! Thanks again!"
"Thought I had found my haircut spot, but I left very disappointed today and won’t be returning. So I thought this was a walk-in only and no appointment needed salon, but apparently that’s not fully true. There is no option to check-in online so thought I would be fine just walking in. Well, apparently people can just “call ahead” and be put on the waitlist. I walked in, signed in like normal and chose my preferred hairstylist. She was with a client at the time which was fine, I sat down and waited. After about 20 minutes some lady walks in and the stylist took her ahead of me after finishing current client. So I continued to wait maybe 15 more minutes, I was just curious and went to ask how many other people are ahead of me waiting for Stella - I was told there was still another man who had arrived way after me who would be taken care of next. I asked if I can just make an appointment and come back later, receptionist said they don’t schedule appointments. So you’re telling me you do not schedule appointments, but other people who “call ahead” and arrive after you will be taken care of first is what their protocol is. Pretty bummed. Might as well add a “check-in” option to their website like Great Clip. MY ADVICE: IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR, CALL AHEAD TO JOIN THE WAITLIST!"
"Love this salon. My ultimate favorite is Stella. Stella has taken care of my family since we arrived in Kyle 7 years ago. My 3 sons & I adore her! The place is always clean & welcoming. Never a bad experience when going to Premier Cuts in Kyle!!"
