"Donna cashier is very rude .. goes out of her way to be rude to my special needs son.. very rude when you give coupons . Very rude period. I love this store only cashier who is extremely rude here . She needs to be taught common courtousy.and customer service .. honestly thought about changing stores .. because she is so rude...managenent please change this or you will be lpsing lpts of customers ...."

"Do NOT order from this store! The Store Manager- Cole - is absolutely NO Help and the Bakery has an undisclosed policy to pay for a custom cake the day before the pickup or they will not make your cake. If this is your policy allow people to pay online when ordering said cake! Absolutely LIVID"

"I just spent over an hour trying to reach someone in the courtesy boot to ask a question about tag renewals. I ended up getting the pharmacy to answer and she tried transferring me to them. No one ever picked up. I had to call back to the pharmacy, and she called and spoke to someone in the courtesy boot and got someone to finally answer the phone. I even ask for a manager, but they would never even try to get one for me. Worst customer service I have had in a long time, and that's on the management."

"In addition to standard groceries they also sell clothing, shoes, house shoes, lots of kitchenware, storage bins, and they have a recycling bin for grocery bags, zipper bags, plastic wrap, plastic cereal bags, and bubble wrap. Their selection is pretty good in most departments, except for the supplement section; if you need health supplements, Walmart has you better covered. Also, their self checkout tends to bug out, so they're almost always constantly backed up while the single employee working the self checkout runs from one to the next fixing issues with the scanners."
