"Tried to pick up an order, waited 30 mins after my app said it was picked up..even though I had nothing. Finally someone came to check on me and then went in, came back out and told me they had given it away to someone else and asked to take pictures of my phone to see what my order had to repick it. 30 more minutes went by before someone else came and asked if I had had an order. I told them yes but it was given away and someone said they would redo it so he also left to go check. Finally someone came out with half my order and said they “unfortunately” didn’t have all my requested items. My original order had all but 1 thing so not only did I waste an hour of my time but I didn’t even get all my items because they were given away, for free, to someone else. I cannot find any way to remedy this either other than at least I, hopefully, won’t be charged for the full order since it was marked as picked up."
"Honestly I normally brag on the business that I am lucky enough to walk into but this time I'm going to brag about me lol for the first time in human history, a human being walked into Walmart and walked out with only one item and that one person was me and that happened today LOL here it is here's the proof you can do it too God bless"
"They do not honor the price they put up! The manager should not be a manager! The employees are disgusting, rude, unprofessional & all around an embarrassment to the Walmart distribution center. I own two businesses & would never allow this type of behavior! Will spread the word to all my peers how not shop here! I would let these woman represent my company!"
"I came to Walmart at 5:26pm Wednesday October 4th, 2023 for an oil change. I was second in line and as I told the cashier Raul (who was wearing the name tag Arnold) that I’m here for an oil change, he told me he probably wouldn’t be able to get to me because the customer in front of me was getting tires. The customer in front of me was another Walmart employee with his young friends looking for tires for their vehicle on a tablet for over 10 minutes. Raul then did not even ask me to step aside, he just started checking out customers who were in line behind me. Once he finished with them, he started helping the Walmart employee who was in front of me with his friends. He even provided the other Walmart employee with good customer service as he went to the back to make sure they had the right tires. He then came back and checked them out. As he was was checking them out another employee with long black curly hair comes out and says I’m not taking anymore cars after this one. I had been standing there all this time and after he sent the customer in front of me on their way and there was no one else around he tells me he wasn’t going to be able to help me. The time was now 5:46pm. I waited all that time to be turned away. The website says the automotive department closes at 7pm and I was here long before with only one car in the bay at the time. So I did what any other upset customer would do and ask to speak to the supervisor. He then proceeds to call over a lady by the name of Vernella or Vernalla who then gets a supervisor on the phone. I believe his name was John. As I tell John what’s going on he tells me that was unacceptable. Then as I mention the name Arnold, john tells me it can’t be Arnold because Arnold is off. I find out that the cashier is named Raul and is wearing the ID badge of Arnold. I feel bad for Arnold if he’s getting customer complaints on Raul’s behalf. Vernella or Vernalla was an Angel as she was extremely helpful and provided the best customer service. I was assured by john that they would be able to take me and that there would be no funny business with my vehicle. As I sit and wait for my vehicle I can see that Raul starts to get on his phone and it looks like he’s taking pictures of the computer screen and texting someone in the bay as he keeps texting and looking at his phone then repeatedly looking up to the other employees in the service bay. I pray he’s not telling them to do something malicious to my vehicle. I would like this complaint escalated and would like to hear back from upper management in regard to what is being done about employees like Raul. I will update once my service is completed."
