"I purchased a cake from bakery on the evening of June 5th to celebrate the birthday of a relative. It was about $36 (reasonable price for size) After cutting the cake and passing it out. Our guests and I tried it and it was stale, it was “a tres leches cake” which is supposed to juicy at least. But it was all stale and even hard from the bottom. Next morning, I called to Fiesta and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor. After, a long wait and speaking to many people, I was finally able to speak to the manager. I explained my s experience once again and asked for a refund. I even offer to take her a piece for her to see how stale it was. The manager stated that I had to bring the whole cake in. which was imposible because many people, including myself threw it away after realizing it was a hard and dry cake. JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING A CAKE FROM THEIR BAKERY. MAKE SURE IT’S FRESH IF YOU DON’T WANT TO HAVE THE SAME TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD. It was actually my first time purchasing a cake from their bakery and it will be my last. I regret not driving to the place I always purchase it from. It just ruined our sweet tooth."
