"WALMART Plus SPARK DELIVERY & EXPRESS ORDERS! There is a group of individuals that are breaching Walmart Spark’s delivery system leaving customer’s personal information such as name & addresses compromised. These individuals have hacked the system to allow their group to see a pool of offers to be able to distribute them amongst everyone in their group, leaving the legitimate drivers with no orders! Due to hacking the system, these individuals are being allowed to shop customers’ express orders and deliver curbside orders without going through the vetting process set forth by Walmart which includes criminal background checks and provide current vehicle insurance. They are completing these orders under alias names….Using accounts with a female name such as “Jessica” but it’s actually a male that is alone delivering orders. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NOT BEEN VETTED. THEY ARE SCAMMING!! Scammer 1: This guy has two phones and is able to see a pool of offers from this store before all other legitimate drivers are able to see them. He is then able to distribute the orders to everyone in his group leaving the actual legit drivers, that have went through the proper vetting process, with nothing. Scammer 2: Lady in the Barbie shirt has shopped a customer’s express delivery order but has no actual vehicle to deliver the order, leaving the customer’s perishable items at risk of spoiling. She sits and wait until her scamming counterpart returns from his delivery order that he has stolen from other drivers to deliver this order. Scammer 3: Same as Scammer 2. They sit at this store and many stores in the Houston and surrounding areas running this same scheme. Not only are they cheating the system with fictitious accounts but they have a multitude of phones they are doing this with. THE LEGIT DRIVERS WILL CONTINUE TO EXPOSE YOU ALL EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE OUR GOOGLE REVIEWS REMOVED!!!"

"Mildred is amazing!!!! Customer service help desk has never seen better!! I came in with the most ambiguous need and like NO resources!! Let me explain: I had come in two days prior, bought a poster frame, left it at Walmart, and threw away the receipt. I could name the person who helped me, the round-about time, the date, the color and size of the frame, and the card I used. However, I called it by the wrong name. I was so nervous that maybe they couldn’t help me, I kept calling it a poster board. This amazing individual found the single transaction given the date and time and card, printed out the receipt again, found it on the cameras, and got me another poster frame, all when it was worth $17 but to me it was worth so much because it was a gift for my husband!! Their effort was astounding!! I have never felt more valued as a customer as I was then and they kept a good attitude through the whole process, assuring me it would be quick and easy."

"No reviews at all, let me start off what happen, so I shop here normally no problems until December 4th 2023, a supervisor whatever the name is called Go By Muna, well she accused me of stealing some 3.84 worth of om hot dog gummies, and I know better than that, had my receipt and everything showing her she telling me I didn’t pay for it but it’s on my receipt, then when I’m asking for my stuff back she’s not giving back to me telling me no you didn’t pay for it, but clearly she didn’t read my receipt and accused me, well i will have to get In contact with the upper big management, because manager in charge was no help gave me hotline number but I need big management to notice this because this is discrimination against a innocent customer I come here all the time and no problems until dec 4th 2023, well I will be going to big management to get this report because this unacceptable & racial discrimination. Workers telling me to step off property wait till police get here but this lady attacked me & approach me over false accusation, but didn’t look at the receipt, got her on video too, and the receipt,while I’m leaving Name of the Worker Muna supervisor or whatever, please get this notice ,I will be going to big management for the discrimination complaint never shop here ever again,"

"Last year at Wal-Mart in San Antonio, I found some beautiful potted silk poinsettia plants to choose from. I was taking them to cemetery for my parents. This year, not a single potted fake poinsettia to choose from. In their defense, no one had any. Had to go to Michael's and buy silk flowers and a pot to make my own."
