Kroger 1440 Studemont Street, Houston, TX 77007

"I don't who the manager is for this Kroger's but they need to hire employees that are professional. I called today to ask about my curbside order and the first person who answered just placed me on hold after I asked for curbside pick up, no can you hold OR one moment please. Then when the 2nd person answered I asked if it was curbside pick up she said please hold with an attitude, she didn't realize I could still hear her before she transferred me so I could hear her saying something like damn and then start complaining about something. I don't know if she was complaining about me or that curbside pick up wasn't answering, either way it was unprofessional. The way I see it is if you don't want to work in a customer service type job then go find another type of job."

"I had an extremely bad experience at this Kroger. I was profiled and treated like some kinda pretty thief cause I had a small bag and the only reason I had it was cause I rode my bike and couldn't leave it outside. So the loss prevention worker decided to say some sarcastic comment to let me know he's was watching me I guess. And I felt completely disrespected so I put all the products back and left. But on my way out this guy stops me to make sure I had nothing, and he had on this stupid little grin like he was about to catch me out something. Basically all I'm saying is hire some people with a lick of send and aren't running around making your customers uncomfortable as hell."

"The store is clean and organized. The location is prime and the people are pleasant. But if you are looking for the best prices bring your coupons because they are just as high as Randles."

"This must be the largest Kroger I've shopped in! It's massive! I came in for fresh sushi, and it didn't disappoint. I ended up getting some other items. The store is really well-stocked. Their Floral department is wonderful."
