"Unprofessional. So it was personally stated the reason for dismissal was NOT due to the tardiness. Everything was communicated. The comment in regards to what has happened further shows unprofessionalism to as to this “school” should not be addressing information on the internet that they expressed to the student was NOT THE CAUSE OF DISMISSAL. The “false” accusations of other ladies… Let’s be serious now it’s multiple people saying the same exact thing yet they are being silenced. You are saying these ladies are lying when it is in fact the truth. Making the comment in regards to a student working unlicensed is still irrelevant because this school encouraged. There is proof of you all stealing your clients work!!! That they do outside of this class. You all encouraged this exact student to come and work inside of your shop without a license. So once again the comments that are being addressed now. Hence NOT to the student further shows. This schools professionalism. Their intentions and ability to adhere to problems. Do not try to make it look professional on the internet when you all speak to your students as such behind closed doors."

"Got nails university was a great school in my eyes at first until I came to find it is indeed a horrible sham! I 100% do NOT recommend from the things I have heard and seen and been through with this school. They are truly unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I’m tremendously upset with the quality of the service, especially because it is “black owned”. Operating on an expired license but requiring students to pay a tuition when their personal duties were not aligned is completely and utterly profound! I wish to reach as much as possible because I know this journey is very strenuous and time consuming. Please weigh your options and make the best decision. I would strongly suggest any other school than this. As to I am very displeased with the results. Thank you all and continue to flourish within your nail journey!"

"I can say now, as a graduate from Got Nails University, that it really was what I had been looking for, for so long.Owner and Instructor Miss Coco goes above and beyond for all of her students. You learn so much more than just book work on nails. its very focused on balance with technical knowledge and hands-on practice, making sure we can lock in on our craft. As well as marketing discussions, techniques for the business and they give you a lot of opportunity, we had a lot provided for us supply wise, we had monthly creative projects, and so much more. I’m so glad I was able to find this school. It’s very affordable compared to a lot of schools, and a great environment. Loved attending, and love that I can say it was a great choice. gained knowledge I needed to become a licensed technician, and enhanced my craft."
