"Rude customer service. Treat customers as they are asking for charity. Walmart Auto has truck parked and hindering auto customers but no one is removing the vehicle. Systems are always down at auto. Never opens at 7 AM. They open 10-15 mins after. Some days longer than that. Never ever opens at 7 AM Management does not care. I am sure they won’t care even after this review. It took 25 mins for me to drop the car for oil change & I was 4th in line. It was much easier to drop the keys at the reception of Auto centre a couple years ago. People come here to drop the car but they need to wait for an hour just to drop the car. It’s March 7th 8.54 AM and I am here since last 20 mins for oil change and no one is here to take the car. The only reason I come to Walmart auto is proximity from my place."

"WalMart employees are parking in Pick up parking spots smoking cigarettes. Please address this situation. There are so many empty cars in the pick up location. The black car had two wal mart employees inside."

"Be AWARE i just purchased an expired product. I tried to call the operator number on the receipt many times but no one picked up. I didn’t check the expiration date until i started eating the bites and noticed a weird taste… wasted my time and my money."
