"The lady that did my pedi was super nice and did a wonderful job. The man that did my nails was very nice however my nails are already lifting at the cuticle and it’s only been 3 days since I got them done. I’m not sure if I will return again."

"Got my nails done on Sat evening, it's day 4 and my shellac nails have peeled off. I called and told them the problem and they fixed them! They were very friendly about it! "Made a review a year ago how it was amazing. Now things have changed since I went in recently. Things here are not consistent. It’s a hit or miss!! I go year-round and a month ago they said they don’t do cash discounts anymore. Last week I went and the gave me the cash price, since I always pay in cash. The worst part last week was I got a pedicure from one of the main ladies. She was usually the one that answered the phone like 4 times during my pedicure. I don’t mind the multitasking but I do mind being lied to. I always get the heavenly pedicure and it comes with a box with 5-step procedure. I’m not new here!! At the end of the pedicure, I realized there was only 4 step packages in the waste underneath my feet instead of 5 like usual. I asked, “Shouldn’t there be 5 packages?” and she answered, “No, only 4.” I was looking directly at the sign across from the 1st pedicure chair and it says 5-steps! I saw the 5th package in her cart!!! She tried to hide the fact in was in her cart and that there was only 4. I have gone several times so she thought I didn’t know. I basically paid for that and did not get what I paid for. I’ll be finishing my reward punch card and finding a new place."

"New to the area.. I called ahead and when I arrived I was immediately helped! However, my pedicure was not worth $33. My toe nails were not filed straight and I have a lot of dry/dead like skin around my toes. I also got my eyebrows and lip done. That went well. Cleaned up nice. When I went to pay my total was $53.00. I wasn’t sure why it was so much but paid anyways and left a $5.00 tip. I called salon while sitting in parking lot to ask about pricing again for eyebrow and lip because I couldn’t believe $20 for lip and brows. When I called lady I was speaking with said eyebrow was $7 … and then asked if I paid with card… she said there is a 5% charge which I was never made aware when paying. Just not satisfied with $53.00 for pedicure and wax. I don’t take the best pictures. Here’s some for reference."
