"I hope this company treats their customers with respect, because boy to my delight, they most definitely did not with me. I came to pick up another car at the mechanic shop across the back end of their building on Keyko street and just so happen to momentarily park on their gated (and closed) driveway. Not even 5 seconds later as I’m getting out of the car to move it, an old and clearly disgruntled bearded Caucasian man comes barging out of the back door belligerently shouting along the lines of, “YOU BETTER MOVE THAT CAR OR I’LL COME OUT AND TOW IT MYSELF”!!!! Quite a spectacular show. Apparently, it’s a common occurrence where the same man rudely hollers at folks parking on that driveway. I get it. You waste your breath and you’re tired. My advice to you is to place an obvious “No Parking” sign on the gate. Seems like a good place to start, does it not? It would be convenient for EVERYONE, instead of hollering at the top of your lungs with no sense. EDIT TO RESPOND AFTER THE COMPANY’S REPLY: No one ignored the man’s request the first time. I was signaled to move the car & literally as I’m switching to the driver’s seat (because the initial driver went to get said picked up car), I’m met with hostility. From our position, we didn’t plan on staying on that driveway. Any intelligent person wouldn’t be so rude in the first place. The point here is the belligerence. PERIOD. The fact that you feel like you’re not in the wrong even remotely? Unjustifiable. Such a disgusting attitude with poor execution. Like I said previously: you might want to put up a sign since it’s a reacurring incident. You might want to ask why that is. See how I thought it was the back end? Because on Google it is displayed otherwise. (Woohoo technology) Say as you will about this being a rant, but it is a very detailed incident that actually happened and it was met with complete disregard. May god bless you."
