"Went in for a Pedi and 1 other person there also getting a Pedi and they put me right next to her.. very awkward. The leg/foot massage timer is so impersonal. Pedicure was just ok."

"Let me start by saying this isn't my first rodeo with this shop. I liked the shop because it was a smaller shop to avoid going to the bigger commercial shops. Most of the time the service is mediocre but for what you are paying it is okay. On this particular day, I wanted a deluxe pedicure with shellac and a full set with regular polish. The tech quoted a price of $85, I agreed and she started the services. Multiple times during the pedicure she cut my toe and got an attitude that I was complaining about it. She and the other nail techs started speaking Vietnamese and laughing, which made me very uncomfortable. Even the other customers noticed the behavior of the techs. I felt like they were being prejudiced because the other customers were not getting the attitude and roughness I was getting. She started my timer for the massage before finishing my polish and used cuticle oil to rub my feet for the massage. I felt like she was rushing me out of there. The pedicure I asked for had hot stones she didn't even use them. I asked her which Pedi did she do, and she said regular. I paid $45 and my feet are still rough, my toe still hurt, and I did not even get any lotion on my legs and feet. I left out of there in tears. I felt so violated and discriminated against. I will never use them again. I would not recommend them to anyone."

"!WARNING! I don’t typically leave a review but I hope this warns anyone new like I was before trying a place. If you are a regular and you have a great experience thats great! I unfortunately did not. I went in for a manicure and deluxe pedicure. As she started removing my callous I noticed the towel covered in blood and the tech’s nervous face. Come to find out she had cut the side of my foot with the cheese grater file in TWO places. She said “sorry its new and super sharp”. Well don’t use it! And she kept using it after the fact. I had to tell her stop! And the owner or manager came over and finally put a bandaid on it. The worst part was the complete lack of empathy from the nail salon and owner. No remorse just brushed it off as an accident. I go to the nail salon to relax and have an enjoyable time not leave butchered."

"the pedicure was amazing. the manicure... asked for acrylics medium length pointy with black heart shape at tip. 2 fingers were cut one pretty deep. maybe half the nails had indentions in them... 2 were messy... black polish on fingers. one broke the next morning so i went to remove them all. didn't want to keep them since i knew the rest that were too thin would break easily... they remembered me. and charged me for the removal. i tipped both times i was there because tipping is vital to salon ladies. but charging the measly 10 bucks to remove the poorly done painful nails is bad customer service. i was going to come back for the excellent pedicure but i will not be returning now at all."
