"10/10 would recommend this nail salon! The whole staff is excellent and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing. I’ve never had a manicure last as long as I do when I get them done here. I refuse to go anywhere else now, the quality is top notch for everything. The last time I went, I had Vy as my nail tech and she was amazing! I always leave here more than satisfied with the service I received. The only thing you will regret is not trying out Drip sooner!"

"As a long time customer, I had a terrible experience and will not be back. My nails were done very poorly took almost 3 hours to do with white paint left all over my nailbeds and I had to come back the next morning to have them redone. I was charged full price and when I asked for a discount they argued me down instead of just apologizing for their poor work. They chose the style themselves, but blamed me for how long it took. Then when I brought up the cost of having to come back to the shop twice in a row they told me that was a personal problem. There is a nail shop on every corner and Houston and I would not recommend coming here. It seems like their customer service has decreased significantly since changing locations. They also do not pay attention to details and you have to constantly ask for them to redo or repaint areas that look sloppy. Save your money."
