"To the new location across the street. The ladies in the food do not pay attention what the customer is asking. I asked for 3 tacos de carnitas I had to tell her 4 times, then I ask for salsa verde and she tells me they don’t have any literally after I just see it in her hand. Then you have to make a line to pay at the cashier then walk over and make another line to order your food, and they ask you asking what did you order. It’s in the ticket when I paid! So inconvenience! Need better customer services they seem like they don’t even want to work here. I really home the owner read this because I been a customer for years and this is the only location with the worst service! Also half the tables were dirty to sit down, the customer has to whipe themselves. Wow!"

"In this chain of "Hispanic" stores they sell poor quality meat and steal by saturating the meat with water, apart from being very expensive and not having good supervision of the quality of everything they sell. When frying any kind of meat it seems that you are cooking broth."

"Horrible customer service here at this store. The manager is worst. Make sure you see the cooks put the meat you ask for in the Togo boxes. The cook lied to my face. I called back to request to talk to a manager. I didn't want my money back nor the meat anymore. I just wanted them to understand that shouldn't happen. And to talk to their employees about putting the right food in the boxes upon customer request. The manager was very rude. The manager did not want to give me his name. I hope corporate see this. I will never go back here"
