"I shop in different stores, but no store has ever made me feel like a regular customer like these people that work here. They are so nice, never miss a change to greet you and help you if needed! And it's not very crowded so it is nice to shop here, compared to other stores in the area... If there's award for customer service, give it to these people here!! Milena at the deli is very nice and she rushes to help people when there's a line, and David is very sweet, I've seen him helping pol with heavy stuff, which you won't see that in other stores!"
"DO NOT PURCHASE MEAT OR DAIRY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! This used to be my go- to, but not anymore. About week ago I purchased some lean ground turkey. When I got home, I opened the meat to cook it and the worst, rotten, foul odor of my life came out. I had to throw it out immediately, I'm guessing they put food coloring in the meat... anyway. I contacted customer support on the website and gave details; they refused to refund/credit my $4. FOUR DOLLARS. I'm sure they also didn't check the freezer temperature (like I suggested) because most people will throw out the spoiled meat and not say anything. This is my first issue at the Voss location but I had this issue several times at the S Post Oak location. Before this year, they usually gave a credit for the food. This time, they gave me fuel points... I don't even usually buy fuel from Kroger since Sam's is cheaper. Anyway, for your safety and the safety of your loved ones, drive up the road to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or HEB. The small store is easier to walk around but it's not worth your health. Also, HEB is cheaper and has fresher produce. Whole Foods costs more but everything is usually fresh. Trader Joe's has interesting finds. And... there's always walmart. Happy shopping"
"The Kroger on Voss Road is smaller Kroger and is a great place to shop. I'm a senior and use a walker. This store isn't one of those giant stores that make grocery shopping part of your daily exercise. Yet, it has everything you'd need. Pharmacy is staffed with friendly, helpful people. Their prices are good and comparable to the bigger stores in the area. All of the store's staff are helpful. The produce section is small and well staffed. Staff is always making sure everything is fresh and available. The big stores may have a larger selection of items, however if you just need the basics and don't want to spend a lot of time standing In lines and walking from one end of the store to the other, give this smaller Kroger a try (especially if you're in a hurry. It's easy to get in and out in quickly."
"Very well organized chain of stores with a quality of offering every items of daily use, Under one roof. Moreover their prices specifically for fruits and vegetables are also very competitive. In shell, it's worth visiting for a enjoyable shopping experience."
"I needed just a few things for my work lunches, I was in and out in a short time. Beautiful Orchids, but the color has been dyed to have the deep turquoise, pink and purple. But they are still pretty."
