"Cashier Priscilla N is extremely rude and unprofessional. Took deep breaths and rolled her eyes while checking my husband and I out. She asked me if I was splitting up my transaction. I answered no. She rolled her eyes. I'm not sure why she asked. Priscilla N then asked me if I had a receipt for a bag I had at the top of the cart. I answered yes. She asked me to get the receipt out the bag and show it to her. Her tone was extremely rude. I told her I will show the door greeter or a manager at the door. It was a prior purchase of 5 pharmacy and hygiene items my husband purchased for me. I didn't consider showing her the receipt because she had not finished ringing up my items. Her focus should have been on the transaction. She called a manager a loudly said to him she didn't ring up those items in the bag. He asked me what he can help me with. I said I didn't call you sir. Showed him the receipt , he glanced at it and didn't look in the bag to match items on the receipt. So cashier was concerned and the manager was not. Priscilla N is definitely DRAMA"

"I do not like this HEB period. Too big. The employees are extremely unfriendly. They do not have some of the items other HEB has. Very tense atmosphere in this store. My favorite HEB is the one on Buffalo Speedway."

"After moving to Texas, H-E-B has become my favorite go to grocery store. The vegetables and fruits are fresh. The frozen and dessert section has a huge variety. My most favorite buy from here is the sushi: savory flavor, diverse combination and what not. H-E-B's own brand foods are their main attractions for the buyers. The extra saving deals and coupons also helps a lot. The restrooms are always clean. Plus the staff here are always very friendly and helpful."

"Something has got to change with curbside at this location. Just about every trip has turned into an hour or more long wait, no matter what time of day. This store (curbside) used to be a well oiled machine, but it has been a complete nightmare the last few weeks!"
